Are the prices on the website inclusive of VAT?
We are currently not a VAT registered company, therefore we cannot charge VAT. 
The price you see is the price you will pay.

How much postage & packing will I pay?

We try to keep our postage and packing costs to the absolute minimum based on the weight of the packages.

The above prices are our standard delivery charges for all UK mainland orders.
This will either be by Royal Mail or for larger packages a courier will be used. If you require
a quicker or guaranteed delivery, please contact us for a quote.

When will I receive my labels if I order today?
Standard labels are kept in stock and are usually despatched within 1 working days
Customised labels are usually despatched within 2-3 working days.
If you require them more urgently please contact us first and let us know your requirements.

How do I order and pay for my labels?
Shopping on-line is easy! We use Paypal for our secure online payments.

This means that none of your personal information is seen or held by us and Paypal is one of the safest way to pay online.

Please browse the website and click on any items that you wish to buy. This puts them in the shopping cart. Click "continue shopping" if you would like to order more items. You can view the cart at any time and remove items from it as you wish.

When you are finished choosing, click on "checkout." You'll be taken to a secure area of the Paypal site to enter your details and complete the order.

Bank Transfer/BACS - please contact us for our bank details
Account - If you regularly purchase from us, we can set up a monthly account for you subject to the necessary checks

How do I let you know what information I need on my personalised labels?
On the checkout page there is a box for you to let us know the information you require or any other instructions you may have. Please check all spelling and grammar before submitting. You can also let us know by email at enquiries@mjpatservices.co.uk.


Can I order more than 2000 labels?
Other quantities and discounts are available, please contact us for a quote.

I've ordered the wrong labels can I change them?
Yes of course, We all make mistakes.
We offer a 30 day returns policy, just return the incorrect labels to us in a saleable condition and we will send out your replacements, additional delivery charges will apply.

Personalised and Customised labels are not included in the above policy.

I need something similar but just a little bit different, will you make them for me?
We will endeavour to meet your requirements, Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will get back to you asap with a price and delivery time.
